About the College
- The College of Nursing at AIIMS Nagpur started its academic journey in October 2021.
- In March 2022, it admitted its first batch of B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing students (admission year 2021–22).
- The college aims to train nurses with strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, leadership, and professional nursing competencies — combining rigorous academic curriculum with clinical exposure through the institute hospital services.
- Besides undergraduate nursing education, the broader institute also hosts a variety of courses across medicine, paramedical, postgraduate, super‑specialty and research; the Nursing College contributes to the nursing workforce at AIIMS Nagpur.
